Chemistry Department

A Typical Classroom
We have various sizes of classrooms from the largest, which is designed to hold about 100 students, to the two main lecture halls (left), which are designed for about 60 students. The Chemistry Department also freely uses smaller classrooms and quiz rooms that seat about 35 students. The larger classrooms are equipped with multimedia projection systems capable of displaying slides, video tapes, and computer demonstrations. A new addition to this display system is ELMO, a projector for opaque media. Each room also has an overhead projector, dry erase boards, and chalk boards.
